Vintage Creek Chub Injured Minnow, Golden Shiner Color 1504 - Older Version. The Creek Chub Injured Minnow is one of the most iconic, historically significant topwater fishing lures ever manufactured. Introduced in 1924 by the Creek Chub Bait Company (CCBCO), its distinct flat-sided body and dual propellers were engineered to perfectly mimic a dying baitfish fluttering on the surface. It remains highly sought after by both vintage tackle collectors and modern anglers. Original Injured Minnow: 3 ¾ inches long; 3 treble hooks (wood) or 2/3 hooks (plastic variants). Plastic Era (1964–1978): Production shifted to molded plastic bodies. Over all condition good. All sales are considered FINAL SALE.
